The T-FLEX multi-material connection socket^® is used to T-connect any type of smooth pipe to any manifold, with prior core drilling.

Suitable for gravity drainage and sewage systems.

The T-FLEX tapping connector^® is made up of an EPDM connection gasket with « squared » rubber for better contact with the pipe and optimized pressure resistance, a PPH plate and 304 stainless steel fastening systems for excellent durability.

It is also equipped with round cross-section reinforcements in AISI 304 stainless steel for greater rigidity and better plating of the squared rubber.

The sliding zip clamps (DN 100 to 160) or Hi-TORQUE clamps (DN 200) can be adjusted to suit the external diameter of the manifold: one clamp covers several DN.

The T-FLEX quilting socket^® can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 0.6 bar.

Installation / Application :

Installing the T-FLEX tulip socket^® is very fast. No special preparation is required before installing T-FLEX^®.

Simply cleaning the pipe is sufficient.

• Start by drilling or core drilling using a core drill or hole saw, according to the installation instructions supplied with the tool.
• Check drilling using the centering lip on the back of the T-FLEX^® It must fit perfectly into the hole. This lip is designed to facilitate positioning of the T-FLEX^® on the manifold.
• Then position the body of the T-FLEX^® and place the tension bands or clamps over the PPH plate and through the holes at the ends of the hull.

• Tighten the assembly using a screwdriver or ratchet wrench to a torque of 6 N.m.

Tension bands are easy to install and remove. By turning the screw on the clamping head, the tension band can be slid.

Position the tension bands so that the clamping heads are accessible.

Simple assembly of the T-FLEX spigot socket^® allows for a trench with a minimum footprint.
