Aerotrim Pro San Silicone Sanitaire is a high-quality, elastic, single-component silicone-based sealant.

Features :

– Very malleable

– UV-resistant

– Permanent elasticity after polymerization

– Strong adhesion to virtually all substrates.

Applications :

– Construction joints.

– Glazing and connecting joints.

– Elastic bonding in structures involving glass and metal.

– Waterproofing in cold stores and container construction.

– Seals in ventilation systems

Supports:

– Types: all common building surfaces, No PVC

– Condition: undamaged, clean, dry, dust- and grease-free.

– Pre-treatment: Apply primer to porous substrates under high water pressure.

– There is no adhesion on PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®) and bituminous surfaces. It is advisable to carry out a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on all substrates.

Joint dimensions :

– Minimum joint width: 5 mm

– Maximum joint width: 30 mm

– Minimum grouting depth: 5 mm

– Jointing recommendation: joint width = 2x joint depth.

Shelf life :

– 12 months in unopened packaging in a cool, dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C
