FLEX-SEAL Plus® AC multi-material adaptor fittings enable the connection and repair of pipes of similar or different materials with a wide range of outside diameters. They are designed for overhead or underground
networks, with no risk of ground shearing, inside and outside buildings.
Multi-material connections: PVC, PP, smooth or corrugated HDPE, GRP, cast iron, fiber cement, steel, stoneware, concrete.
Pressure resistance: up to 0.6 bar.
Test pressure: 0.6 bar.
Temperature resistance: -40°C to +140°C.
Angular deflection: from 3.0° to 7.5° depending on DN.
Fire resistance: class E (NF-EN 13501-1).
Sleeve: in EPDM 60 DIDC grade WC in compliance with NF-EN 681-1.
Fixing clamps: in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a minimum hardness corresponding to class +C850, in compliance with NF-EN 10088-2.
CLIP-IN: profiled system in the clamp rubber for improved handling and installation comfort.
MEDIUM-TORQUE: optimum clamping system for guaranteed pressure resistance.
