Aerotrim Pro San Silicone Sanitaire is a high-quality, elastic, single-component silicone-based mastic.

Features:

– Highly malleable

– Strong adhesion to virtually all substrates.

Applications:

– Construction joints.

– Glazing and connecting joints.

– Elastic bonding in structures involving glass and metal.

– Seals in cold rooms and container construction.

– Seals in ventilation systems

Supports:

– Types: all usual construction surfaces, No PVC

– Condition: dimensionally stable, clean, dry, dust- and grease-free.

– Pretreatment: apply primer to porous substrates under high water pressure.

– There is no adhesion to PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®) and bituminous surfaces. It is advisable to carry out a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on any substrate.

Joint dimensions:

– Minimum width for grouting: 5 mm

– Maximum width for grouting: 30 mm

– Minimum depth for grouting: 5 mm

– Recommendation for grouting: joint width = 2x joint depth.

Storage life:

– 12 months in closed packaging in a cool, dry place, at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C
